Credit card info leaked from LeetCode ?
I paid for one month of premium membership on LeetCode about 2-3 months back. Recently there was a fraudulent transaction on the card I used to pay for LeetCode. Long story short, I got the card blocked & have submitted dispute form to the bank, so probably not a lot of harm done. But I was wondering how the card details could have been leaked. I only use this card on Amazon & Netflix, & that one time on LeetCode. Anyone else faced a similar situation ?

I had a capital one credit card that was only used on Fastrak for tolls and one day it was charged fraudulently for 100s of $. I suspect it could be the credit card company that lost the card numbers to hackers.
Fastrak has been hacked, so I suspect it was them. Enough merchants have been hacked that most card numbers are largely available. With that said the bank is on the hook for fraud not you, so other than a little inconvenience it's not a big deal if someone uses your card numbers...

I know this is a dead thread, but this just happened to me too.
Same here! Thankfully I generated my card through privacy.com so there's nothing to dispute. Kind of odd that this just casually happens years apart for people. Wonder if an employee there is leaking things 🤔
