If regular remote work is part of your WLB it will be very much dependent on your specific manager and many are disappointed by CK’s stalwart belief remote work/WFH hurts collaboration. It doesn’t, but you need to invest in making it work, like moving more decision-making out of endless F2F meetings. Maybe they will ease up in the future. If your WLB is consistent hours that’s probably going to work out just fine. I know several people who leave at the same time each day and it’s before 5 for sure.
