Work culture is very poor depending on the team you’re on, but there are some talented and smart people here. I’d ask pointed questions about work life balance, how managers and individual contributors are encouraged to effectively communicate and work together, and ask them to speak to some of the rumors you hear about high turnover and if you feel you get some real honesty then maybe explore a bit more.
Thank you for the response. Super helpful!
