My TC at Twitch is around $210k but considering Amazon's stock price appreciation, I could get closer to $240k in next 4 years... However, at Amazon my TC won't change for first 4 years as Amazon's RSUs refresher don't vest until year 5... I think you can add tags on an edit of an existing post. What level, and how many YOE? If it's Senior SWE or Senior Data Engineer, looks pretty good; I got $295k there with ~15 YOE but something of a transition into the particular role I'd have been doing. Seemed like a very interesting place and like it would have a fast but sustainable pace -- but got a very close offer at a company that was closer to my past experience and a better commute. I assume they've explained the RSU/PSU difference and that there's some at least timing risk on the PSUs. Also keep in mind that while there's probably less upside to GM stock, there's also probably quite a bit less downside.
