Did u get an offer?
Interviews went well from my evaluation, but no offer. Template rejection so I will never know why.
What was the time diff between onsite and decision?
I was told 1 week, but heard back in 2 days once my recruiter was back from leave (she had to skip my onsite due to leave and her substitute was filling in).
I had recruiter call and then PM hiring manager call. A few behavioral questions and product strategy questions. I bombed one of the questions. If I had advanced I wouldn’t have taken a role on that team. The interviewers demeanor didn’t feel positive, and I wasn’t impressed with how they responded to my questions about the company and team. They were perhaps already in over their head. Product questions were easy. No need to prep like for FANG. Have your behavioral stories well practiced. No technical or estimation on the phone.
I felt the same thing. There is a lady PM who was interviewing me. She sounded so weird. Not sure how she got into.
With startups it’s always hit or miss

Hi, So I went through the initial phone screening for a TPM role. Next up is technical interview over the phone with a tech lead. What shall I expect? Behavioural or tech questions? Any leads are appreciated
I went through for a TPM. Phone round with recruiter, usual high level to see alignment. Next phone round with hiring manager. I wasnt a match for the team but he liked my background so passed me to another team. Second Phone round with new team manager, more about my background and resume. Behavioral and project management questions. Next onsite with a panel of 5ppl. Great host during onsite, make you feel welcome. Lot of scenario question and white boarding (ex options to consider if car is stuck behind a parallel parked car, decision making car will need to make in order to make left turn etc). Read up about AV parts/systems and how they function, since discussions are around their product. One round with Engg Director (one of the founders or some well known person internally) was a live role play with me as TPM interacting with different role characters in the org. Was weird since i never encountered it and dint understand the format and what I would be judged on. Guessing it was to see how as TPM i handle new technical tasks (i was allowed to used google for the terms i dint know such as max steering angle etc, apparently no one gets the answer right). And folks will also dwell into your resume background. Got some technical questions from there. Good luck.
“No one gets the answer right” is a lie.
