I’ve seen a role at Vulcan that, on paper, would be a perfect fit. Bonus—thanks to one of our local billionaires, you get to work on some really unique, high-impact projects. But, have heard some awful things about Vulcan’s culture and leadership that are very concerning. Anyone have first or even secondhand knowledge?
Vulcan or AI2 or Brain science? Which specific org?
A non-technical role with Vulcan corporate. Specifically Vulcan Production and Govt & Community Affairs
No idea as to that area, just beware of strange culture.
Yeah, thanks. I definitely appreciate you sharing

Google giving meals. Meanwhile Amazon L8 “don’t take more than one fruit”
It seemed awful when I interviewed there.
anything in particular? Not disagreeing. Just curious about your experience. Honestly, that’s the vibe I get even without going in. It’s too bad. I love Cinerama ;)
Non technical management regardless of level, lack of care for anything except Paul. Even their job postings are looking for skills that aren't even listed. Crappy downtown location. Awkward physical security. So many things I could say. Soooooo glad they never made me an offer.
