Current H1B transfer premium processing time
Anyone who did H1B transfer with Premium processing recently? How long it took from day of receipt notice to date of approval ? I know max is 2 weeks but what best USCIS has done recently knowingly it is kind of off season for USCIS.
Prepare for RFE. Many applications are getting those
Any reasons why ? I am planning to apply for transfer once I get my h1approval . Would that be a problem ?
How does getting an rfe in the transfer affect the actual transfer? Is it just a delay? What if the delay is such that the start date at the new company has passed?

Not sure why everyone is taking about RFE. No more RFE’s, it will be straight rejection from Sept
September 18th is still 40 days away. Good enough time for h1b transfer.
Receipt notice to approval - 3 days.
5 business days.
10 days including clearing of RFE.
Wow how? So that included getting rfe, answering rfr, and getting approved?
Yes. The rfe was because my application was missing 1 months paystub. Microsoft took 6 weeks to file, so there was no paystub for that period in the application. We replied the within 2 hours of receiving rfe with paystubs and Uscis took 3 more days to clear the RFE.
