Current Netflix where were you before? Do recruiters have preference from certain companies?

Hello, I wanted to get an understanding of where most current Netflix employees were working before they got the gig? Also I've seen some roles that look for a blend of soft and hard skills of interest. Previous attempts at applying have not yielded results. I've been on the biz side in my career, 10 YOE in marketing/strategy function with 2 years ppl management and P&L ownership experience. Any insight could be helpful. Thanks!
