Simplified metering. Real cloud DB services. Controversially axed a product that was almost out the door and performing well in the sales field, but was doomed to fail operationally, then built a better successor. Unified the entire infrastructure side of the house into a single cohesive product that performs blazingly well at killer costs for customers, basically turning around a previously flailing/failing infra offering, and giving apps and DB something they can actually perform well on. Brokered partnership with Microsoft. Built/building dozens of regions serving Oracle customers. The list goes on.
