Cut him some slack. What do you expect? He'll release the disclosure without validating the veracity of it or doing his own due diligence and understanding the business that he just joined? Hate Uber as much as you want. Dara is not responsible for all that has happened so far.

Seems like the right approach to me. You shouldn’t announce to the public until you know what’s going on. And SoftBank being an investor needed to be told of the investigation.
