Anyone working or interviewed there? What can you tell me about them? Getting recruited for an AI Architect role. I am currently in the field as a seller and am also fairly technical. They just closed series E round. Not necessarily a great time to join. Current TC: 330k+ at 100% quota attainment
It's normal to get overworked and have a bunch of unrealistic deadline in startups. I have experienced my fair shares. Although, there were some startups that were great and didn't experience this, but the pay wasn't as great. I would expect your experience in your role of the company. All of my AI Architects in startups and non startups experience this. Your practically the foundation and greatest asset to the company. Your the reason investors buy in and the heads promise more to investors, which makes you have to work even more so they can keep the business alive.

Worried that our top performer is an attrition risk. How do managers handle this?
They are good in terms of customers , probably have more more customers than h2o which is their close competition in the areas of banking and healthcare . They mostly allow work remotely from anywhere but a little aggressive on wlb , I know the founders to work non stop and even slack and get to work 3 am in the morning . But good prospects overall for the company , a large portion of the comp is tied also how much business you bring or make them successful .
