Let's say I want to land a swe role in 6 months. I've had good exposure to the data engineering side in my career so I'm decently familiar with pipelines, databases, unit testing, AWS, version control, APIs, etc. all in python. Just... not at swe level or quality I think
What should I focus on most in the next few months for hirability? Leetcode? Building side projects? Picking up another language? Taking moocs/YouTube on data structures and algos? Apply right now to SWE roles anyway and see what I'm missing? I feel that working at LinkedIn/Airbnb/Netflix would be dope, but any decent place with good wlb is an option
Also, avoid Netflix. Should be obvious.
