I have around 4 years of experience working on java.. Data science caught my attention eye... is it suggested to take a career shift at this point? Btw I am pretty good with math and stats... please suggest
If you are on visa, might be difficult to justify
I was in the same position: was doing java and wanted to get into data science. So I did. First few years there was a drop in income, but how it has paid back
Java is an excellent skill to have for data engineering at scale...spark and such. And the most productive scientists are able to engineer their own data
I'm interested in data architect. Any suggestions?
