I’m a project manager & thinking to shift career towards data science. In this regard invested in Springboard $7000 program. Has anybody done this program & have any feedback, please tell me soon.

Don't do it. The money is better spent on buying books and attending workshops.
Also, second your question. OP - what encouraged you to switch to data science. I know a PM who moved to data governance. According to him data science is rapidly changing field - a lot of energy goes to keeping up w/ industry. Have you considered data analytics?
