Databricks Sales Culture
Does anyone on Blind have any insight on Databricks culture? Particularly sales? I know they are rapidly growing and hiring. I have seen some companies over-hire during this phase. I am considering accepting a sales position at Databricks so any insights are appreciated particularly around RSUs. Thanks

They are sad about the salesforce acquisition
Targets are high and you are expected to produce. People hang out after hours and go out often. Doesn't feel like an over hire situation, headcount is required to hit aggressive board targets. Definitely a ton of upside and the SA's are insanely talented.
