We do standard kinda algo questions that are solvable within 15 to 20mins. So yes there is a lot of whiteboarding. There might be one design question and some things vary based on what team you are interviewing for. It is pretty boring and standard tbh. PM me if you want to know more about the company/teams. Also read the glassdoor reviews. There are good and bad teams like all companies
15-20 minutes ? maybe for topcoders, they ask hard problems.
Uh the whole interview is 45 mins. They are not that hard. The algo ones are definitely solvable in 20 mins. The design ones are more open ended and sometimes people get into the weeds in those. Culture fit is a big part too. You definitely have a better chance with a degree from certain schools and people are generally super serious and only talk about work. So basically only talk about work during the interview.
