Now TD and Charles Schwab all become commision free. This is officially the death of robinhood.
Whatever. For us casual traders, robinhood iOS app simply beats the competition. Those bankers are stuck in 90s still
I use IB, their app is pretty good.
Not true. The Robinhood app sucks big time even for intermediate traders. It looks lean and easy to buy your first share of stock but everything after that is horrible. At least, the Schwab app works for what it intends to do

Robinhood still has the most intuitive app for ignorant people. Casuals won’t want to look through boring shit like IV and beta, they just want to click an option and have it say “stock go up” or “stock go down”
Robinhood has way better features

Robinhood will not die as they have been able to establish a user base. I don't think that they are completely unprepared for competitors to cut commission fees to zero. It will slow down their growth.
Robinhood lived up to it's name then.
