Deciding where to go?
If you have an offer for Staff/Senior Software engineer position in Airbnb, FB, Google, Uber, Netflix which one would you go for and why? I interviewed with all of them, but can’t decide which one to join. Uber or Airbnb? FB or Google?

Netflix is dead, Uber is dying. Given those choices I’d move to IBM. We’re leading in Mainframe, nobody else is even close.

These companies don’t have Lead Software Engineer roles. They do have Engineering Manager roles and Senior IC roles.
