Defining expectations for work performance evaluations at Facebook
Facebookers, can you please shed light on how biannual performance evaluations works at Facebook and what it takes on average to get meets most, meets all, exceeds and redefines? I’ve seen on some posts that this all revolves around impact, how is impact defined and measured?
Any tips for new hires on doing well during the first year? How does one be efficient?
