Deloitte is pretty rough if you go without experience. But 8 years should get you senior consultant or manager level. Depending on the location salary is around 110k

Dude I work with Deloitte teams all day at my client, (and cognizant) The cognizant teams seem to be treated better by their managers.
Yes cognizant is good interms of workcult but salary is pretty low I am earning 80k for senior associate in LA
