Can someone share actual benefits for Uber corporate employees (401k match, perf bonuses, typical annual raises, vacation, holidays, promo options for Sr management level and above)?
Decent environment for employees with small kids? I’m interested in the work, scale and builder culture but a bit worried about the old cutthroat culture. Curious if it’s changed at all?

If you’ve got small kids the Palo Alto office might be a better fit for you, if you want to work with people in the same age group and family status. But SF or anywhere should also be fine.
401k match — none yet
Perf bonuses — usually some amount of both cash and RSUs, with a multiplier that is usually around 1.3x
Typical annual raises — depends on your current comp and how it compares to others of the same level/experience/etc. If you’re “underpaid” the raise could be up to 10%, but if you’re at the top of the range it’s like 3%.
Vacation — “unlimited”, people take a fair amount of vacation I’ve seen
Holidays — unofficial, but during the week of Christmas to NY’s, no one actually comes to the office or works. Somewhat similar during Thanksgiving week too, but depends on the office. Other than those two holidays, ask the recruiter
Promo options for Sr Management — don’t know, there are separate tracks for IC and management obviously, but the core competencies for each level are listed out
