In final stages of interview for a Dir level opportunity to manage a small team on PMMs. What should be ideal total comp? Old posts indicate I should target $325K-$350K TC (230K + 20% bonus + 50-75K RSU). How reasonable is this? How much room is there for negotiation if I get low-balled?

Well wait for the RSU’s to vest and then leave. Unless your new comp is so much higher than your current comp that you’d be leaving more on the table by staying. Whichever way the Math works out
