Director of product at Lyft?

What is this level (L5?) and what is the target comp for this level. Is this level equivalent to 5a or 5b of Uber? I have Uber 5a offer(rider experience) and interviewing for this role at Lyft, so want to compare.

Are you serious? Giving you the benefit of doubt that you're. It trolling of course it isn't equivalent. Uber's is a Senior PM role and lower than director by at least a couple of levels.

I looked at a few lyft product Director profiles at LinkedIn and they use L5 with their title. Hence the confusion..

Director PM at Lyft starts at L8. The expectation from external hire is pretty much same level as Facebook director. Very hard to get through but if you have experience in the role they are looking for then it's possible. Don't compare the directors already in Lyft as they are meah but external hire is quite high bar. Target comp: I am a L6 and I am guessing L8 comp so don't go by this number but use it as ballpark. $300k+ base and $2M+ RSU over 4 years.

Mind to share lyft L6 TC structure? Curious how startup pay PMs

Well, Lyft is not really a startup but near IPO so I wouldn't use below numbers to judge other real startup offers. L6 PM at Lyft should make around $200-$250k in base salary and $300k-$400k worth RSU per year. No annual bonus and no meaningful hikes unless you get promoted.
