TESLA UP 14% AFTER HOURS 🎉🎉🎉🎉
All my peers that I used to hangout with me have left the company after my director quit a few months back. The other director who took over thinks I am going to leave too, and started assigning work to other team members. Yesterday, after work hours he replied to one of my emails with rude reply, telling me how to pick up the phone and call other team members to get the job done as it's not accepted by management. I replied by stating I wasn't assigned this task and have been helping them just so that I can provide the information and knowledge I have about the task. Thinking of escalating that email to our boss and then speak to HR if necessary? TC 130k
Is that in Waltham MA?
No.. not in Waltham
Asking HR to help. LOL
HR is on opposite side of yours , think of it as your director
I'm surprised people think that HR is there to help employees.
Rookie mistake. HR is not your friend.
Document everything and have a lawyer on retainer before escalating. Don’t show your hand too early - the company/HR isn’t on your side
