Trying to decide between a number of offers. Can someone please explain, what is up with Disney's LTI. The language on how it works is so vague that it makes me question whether it is a guaranteed benefit or pending approval/annual-review/other. Can one of you Disney prople kindly explain?

LTI is not guaranteed and targets arenβt provided. For bonus, you should get a target. Itβs set by level. Tech resources get more. Annual bonus is dependent on company, division and individual performance.
