Diversifying equity among startups

Have a bunch of offers from various companies. Interested in engaging in a deal to diversity stock with other employees at other companies. Something like an equity pool where we combine equity and split the returns. Anyone interested? Edit: Not Palantir stock, I no longer work there. I would supply stock from a major tech company of your choosing

How does that even work. Do you just shake on it?

We would draw up a contract

How will you account for difference in experience and seniority

Palantir Babadook OP Feb 2, 2018

Seniority doesn’t really matter. It’s just a matter of how much stock you want to put in the pool. Your share of profits is equal to your share of contribution, based on current stock price

What if a participants stock is obviously overvalued

Don’t do it for non liquid companies. You will be jailed

Seriously. Provocative statements like this need more context

could be a good startup idea. members pay a fee and somehow legally figure out how to pool equity across multiple companies
