Do FAANG companies maintain a permanent blacklist for interview candidates?
Also, what interview scenarios can lead a candidate to end up in permanent blacklist?

You can get blacklisted after three failed on site attempts. They would pretty much conclude that your IQ is too low. Phone screening events don't count
Like if you get fired for something inappropriate ?
That’s an obvious one. Does performing very poorly in interview put me there?
