Do big companies care about functional programming?

I have been working in Scala for last 2 years. I also learn F# and Haskell in my personal time. I really like FP and spend a lot of time trying to learn advanced FP concept. Do big companies like FB, Amazon, Google or Apple care about FP? The place where I work most of the code is legacy and so from a management perspective it’s important to be fast and don’t break stuff. No one really cares about FP. Is it the same case everywhere?
