Do recruiters care about out-of-school candidates?
Girlfriend applying for last month and most recruiters just haven’t responded. This happened to me when I was applying for jobs a couple of years back (even though I was in he industry for 1-2 years). Do recruiters not give a fuck about out of college grads or post grads? Luckily she got to interview at Google and Facebook but no others calls yet. It’s pretty shocking considering most companies want to hire right now.

School? Major? GPA? Extracurricular? Experience? What position is she applying for?
She has a 3.6 from Drexel in Computer Science. Bachelors in Computer Science. 2 years experience in Growth Engineering and Management in startups. She just graduated Drexel a month and a half back and has been studying/applying for interviews. SWE
