What's your goal and what will be your strategy?
Nope. I’m always in acceptable or great shape by my standards. If I want to make a change to my physique I do not need a resolution to make that change. Nothing wrong with resolutions for those that need the extra motivation 😎😉
I lost 36 lbs (234 to 198) this year through cleaning up my diet, lifting, and running. Once I cut another 28 lbs I’ll be back to my peak fitness level since college, however I may just run many lean bulk and cutting cycles throughout the year because I wanna get jacked af
Any idea for the length of the bulk and cut cycles?
The philosophy I follow: bulk until you hate yourself, cut until you hate everyone else. If that makes sense.
