Do you have cashless exit stock options?
I am an early c level employee at a startup and am fighting for cashless exit for my stock options. I would never be able to afford to buy them. Curious which other companies do and don’t offer cashless exit?

No they weren’t - only the %. been there 1.5 years and only now getting my option grant

yeah that was unfair. i deleted my comment. if you are c level just ask the board. they aren’t going to care what other companies do. with 1.5 years there as an inexperienced CxO i can tell you tho, they aren’t going to have much sympathy. just exercise what you can afford
