Friend made me try spicy lamb vindaloo. Loved how flavorful it was but the after effects are terrible. Had to skip rest of the work day. #ringBurn
There's a difference between liking Indian food and liking Indian restaurants.

He ate Indian food, where else do you think heād be?
Lol! Judging Indian food based on one instance of Lamb Vindaloo is like estimating the size of planet based on one grain of sand. A bit of exaggeration here - but you should get the drift . First, there is nothing like one Indian Cuisine. There are at least 4 major types of cuisine in India - North, South, east and west. Within this broad categories, each state has its own style which is a cuisine on itās own. Not the Wholegrain vs Honey oat bread kind of difference, but whole new cuisine in true sense. The Lamb Vindaloo you ate would never be same if you ate in Goa, Kerala , Karnataka or Tamil Nadu. If you really want to judge Indian food, spend some days eating Rajasthani thali, Gujarati thali, North Indian meals, South Indian meals , Andhra meals and Bengali Biryani. Guess what - the first two are predominately sweet but highly flavourful. Andhra meals , on the other hand, serve chilli as a side to be mixed with rice while eating - after putting hell lot of chilli in the main course. There canāt be one vote for Indian cuisine as whole. No foodie is ever disappointed in India. Never. And hell yeah - I love Indian cuisine.
Everytime after having Indian food, my ass blows fire
The ring burn is real
