When you are super stress or down for a few weeks, how do you manage that state of mind?

I am the therapist. Friends talk to me. When I am stressed out I travel. TBH i have trust issues. I don’t want to trust someone with my problems. Wow I have never said that out loud. Thanks Blind.

Omg one of my all time favs❤️.. That’s one of my major reasons how I got into rock music. These rockstars lives is full of pain and hurt and somehow they manage to give us strength through their music. I mean when Chester passed away, a part of me died💔

Bad poll: should be "should I" see them regularly. Most nerds know they should but "don't have time" and their lives are full of excuses, weird that they have so many problems that never get solved.

Can people who have good experience w therapy share tips on how to find a good therapist?

NVIDIA supertc Aug 15, 2019

Just go find a good one and see, it's rare for them to make things worse. So if nothing else they're going to help you talk through things and sort it out. The valve of a third party listening and advising cannot be understated.

Not sure how therapy could help unless you think irrationally/emotionally. If I have trouble feeling motivated at work, the things that would help me are finding a more interesting job internally, or cracking interviews and finding another job. A psychologist is neither aware of internal jobs at my company, nor has skills to help me Leetcode. So how is a therapist going to help?
