Once you filter out the noise and trolling, yes! All you need is one great piece of advice. Most genuine issues have at least one great response.

I think Reddit is slightly better but it's not as tech focused.

There are much better forums for genuine good advice, but I would not link them here and bring the toxicity of this place there. Tip: Go where rich, old, retired people post on the internet for actual good advice. Although it's a bit biased to their age group.
