Expecting an offer from DocuSign SF next week for a customer success program management role. Couldn't find anything recent on Blind about the company and its workplace culture. How is it for teams that are not engineering or sales? What are prospects like for upward trajectory? Are there regular promotion cycles, if so how long? I've heard that the pay there can be a bit low compared to industry standards, but wondering if I can make up for that by being a top performer and getting promoted in a year or so. Can you negotiate for an increased title during the hiring phase? (I'd be willing to take a title bump instead of a base pay increase) YOE: 8 TC: 150K
Why do you care about title?
My spider senses tell me that it's has something to do with "prestige"
Ah that invisible thing that plays no role in your life other than waste your time and lower your self esteem.
docusign has very good wlb, salary is ok. people nice in general, very chill working environment, u never need to work outside of working hours. I rejected FB offer to join Docusign.
not because FB is bad but because I need to spend a lot of time on family.
Thanks this is really helpful.
Work life balance is great at DocuSign. We have annual performance review cycles in March when most promotions happen. But promotions can happen any time. We are growing and hiring so the career path is there for most. Titles go with salary bands. It’s a big company now in that way.
Still have spontaneous raises and promotions if you really knock it out of the part. For sure in the “growing pains” stage of the business - becoming a true enterprise company. Comes with a lot of opportunity

how can i loose 5 pounds with small changes to lifestyle
Normally title comes with a salary band. Can't just bump up your title without increasing base pay.
Hmm good to know.
