Can someone please share his/her experience about how much RSU at what level etc Amazon provides during yearly appraisal? TC:75 L INR
OK if this is the target than after four year you will left with only base which will be very less as compared to the total TC in 4 year. Does they provide again signin bonus and RSU after 4 year? Or they assume people will leave anyway? Or base increases the way it compensate to this ( I highly doubt on this) or how things happen? Can you please elaborate little bit?
I elaborated the whole way in the post above. Every year the above calculation is performed and following 2 years are granted for. In year 3 you get a grant for year 5. Rarely before that as initial grants grow a lot more than projected (so far). You will not get cash to cover difference between base and TCT, RSU grants are what they use.

They have a total comp target, and they evaluate your base, then look at the next two comp years. They apply a 15% yoy growth for the stock, applied to the stock planning price established as a 30 day trailing average before grants are calculated. If your existing grants (if any) times the adjusted SPP is less than the base to TCT gap, they grant more RSUs, if not, they don’t.
