Does Amazon file H4 for spouse?
Hello! Amazon has filed my H1 transfer and it is currently in RFE. My spouse is currently on H1 but wants to change to H4/H4 EAD. Does Amazon file H4 for spouse? I understand I may need to pay H4 EAD fee but does Amazon file and pay for H4?

Real question is.. Why would anymore want to move from h1 to h4 ead? 🤔
Because current project is going to end and being on H4 EAD gives the better flexibility (if any) in finding new jobs.

Got it. I think you can always reactivate h1 on the be job anyways.
You can file on your own. You don’t need a lawyer or a company for that. Google it . It’s a very simple process.
I understand the process but some companies support filing for H4 applications, that's why I am asking.
