Is it possible to negotiate a high tier Amex card (like Centurion or The Platinum Charge) as part of the compensation scheme? Has anyone got this benefit?
๐๐๐
No. However they ban the usage of any other cards (including debit) at their campus cafeteria. Itโs literally Amex or cash. Also, pay is generally not that great. They pay less than other financial services firms. It can be a good place for non-tech folks if you come in as a post-mba hire in a function like product, strategy or finance, since rapid promotions can help offset otherwise slow comp growth. But for engineers you wonโt make anywhere near the #s you see typically on blind.
Mastercard does the same at their cafeteria on campus. Besides Mastercard, no other payment forms accepted (including cash).
No soup for you

Lololol
Lol. No not in some countries they pay some of the membership fee. Centurion you can only get if you have enough spend on an existing amex card and you get invited, you can't apply for it. So depends what position you're application for ๐
