I might be going to a Microsoft shop, but I’m a Mac / AWS guy. Don’t mind Azure, but would not trade my Mac to work on a Windows machine. Any thoughts?
Yes it works fine. But most importantly don’t let the tools define the Workman. A good carpenter doesn’t need the best saw, or his favorite brand. He can make great things with his non preferred brand. If your new shop requires Microsoft just go with it. Don’t be a douche. And this is coming from an Apple fan boy.
No, these little things are important for your morale. Do ask for a Mac and see what have to say. Mac / Linux are always better for software development than windows with an exception of gaming and .net applications
I’m not too worried. I’m going to use a Mac, but does it work well with Azure?
As someone who works on Linux with a Mac at Azure, I wouldn't recommend it to you as a user. Dual boot if you want Mac for other stuff
Dualboot
