I’m going through PT for some injuries, and thought about using CBD cream on various body parts at night to help reduce some of the aching and inflammation. Just wondering if there’s any evidence it helps or if it’s placibo for stoners.

Thanks for the link
Only current evidence points to the dosage needs to be consistently around 300mg. You will not get that from any of the bullshit products currently on the market.
Is there any benefit to using higher dosages?
There is evidence to point to yes but you are going to be spending a few hundred dollars a day at that point.
Not sure about joints, but I use a CBD muscle rub that works as well as icy hot or bio freeze.
In me experience it works fairly well as a topical but like anything ymmv
