Tiktok ban still unlikely?
My friend was ghosted by Etsy even after successfully completing there internship coding challenge which was based on adding some features to GitHub repository but still didn't hear anything. Is that always the case with Etsy?
Just because you pass the coding challenge doesn’t mean they get selected to pass to onsite. If they pass, they’ll hear. If not, then they might not necessarily be the candidate pool we’re hiring for.
Why don't they understand that before sending the challenge? I mean what's the point of the challenge if you have already decided not to move forward.
A single person manages the intern program, which means unfortunately she cannot go through the 5000 resumes before sending the coding challenges. She uses the coding challenges as a way to weed out resumes before getting to review them. Only candidates who get above an 85-90 typically move on.
Esty does code challenges?
Some nodejs challenge that even a high schooler can solve
I hope it's pottery or crafting mtg art.
