Does Facebook bear the cost for the H4 EAD application
Moving to FB and as part of h1b visa transfer, the immigration attorney said they can file for h4 EAD extension along with the h1b transfer, but FB wont bear the costs. Their legal fees is twice the cost of EAD application fees. recruiter has no clue about this. anyone from FB know if this is true? is it worth it to pay the legal team the $$$ to do it or shall i do it myself once the visa transfer is approved? TC: 210k

true. FB does not pay for it. Better to DIY unless you want to wasting 4 months emailing back and forth with BAL.
I did with BAL they charged approx 1050. It was not back and forth of 4 months. They sent a questionnaire, we filled in one day. And ead application is now filed along with h1b transfer.
