Does Google Canada Hire New Grads from India?
I am an undergrad from an IIT in India, graduating in 2020, and I really want to get into Google Canada! I have done GSoC and am quite active in open source as well! I was wondering whether it is even possible, and about what I could do to maximise my chances! This is my first post on Blind, and I would really appreciate any insights! Thank you so much!!

Unlikely for a new grade (especially right now, the job market is saturated with new graduates, it might be even worse than in the USA).
If you are interested in a position abroad, your best bet is to join the Indian dev center & try to get an L1 in a few years time. G/FB/MSFT do recruit a few people directly from Indian colleges for EU/UK/US offices each year, but it's a very low number(single digits to low double digits at most).
