It used to be >= L66, they pay the same when you relocate from US to other offices. Not sure if that's still the case.

For a serious answer to your question, it depends which relo package you get. The local package takes your salary compa ratio and converts it. The expat package let's you stay on US payroll like you are on a really long business trip. Unless there is an exceptional need you won't get the expat package
