Does OCI pay better Microsoft?
Seattle area. OCI recruiters keep pinging me and I'm not accepting them because I have heard from friends at Oracle they don't get any bonus or refreshers. But according to Blind, OCI seems to pay on par with G/F. Is that true? Is OCI different from rest of Oracle?

And yea, msft folks often have problems ramping up here, OCI architecture, culture and ownership are very similar to amzn.

OCI pays as much or more than Azure groups, and if you get pinged, they consider you to be the cream of Azure. OCI is like a startup, like a fresh new company with $5 billion a year to play with.

OCI pay is better but the company is shit. If you want more money then jump but Microsoft has better benefits/culture imo

These are Oracle's benefits. * 5% discount for employee stock purchase * 6% 401k matching * BlueCross health insurance (you have to pay 100+ to get a decent plan) * They pay your phone bill (comes with a catch, everything you message becomes their property) I believe that's about it.
Why don’t you ask your friends? I was told very little to no bonus or refreshers when being interviewed. The benefits aren’t as good as msft. BUT they give you a boat load of more money and RSUs. If you are good and want to make a good product please come. We are all in it together and can drive up the stock price to benefit us all!!!
