I think the graphics team. Got 18 YOE. So I’m expecting Sr Staff or Lead. Hopefully lead 🙂 Does the percentage differ from org to org? In most companies it is a % of the base as a target but there’s usually a multiplier which may factor in BU partially. For example, the target at Broadcom is 25% but it can go up to almost 40%. At AMD, they say 15% but their multiplier sucks and you actually end up getting 5-7%.
I haven’t got an offer yet. Just trying to see what to expect and what the percentage is in case I get one. All the reported Qualcomm here on Blind do not mention anything about the annual bonus. That needs to be counted towards TC.
