Finished onsite last Monday and recruiter wants to setup a call. I said I was busy and effectively told me to give me the bad news over email but he persisted so idk what to think.
Again SMH. They call to discuss potential for re-interviews. Recruiters would like to give you a benefit of doubt, because your interests are their bread and butter. If you get hired, then they get paid well. If you handle the rejection well, discuss your experiences and whether you are still interested in pursuing a career with the company, despite not so good experiences during the entire Interview Marathons, Recruiters would like to learn more about that and facilitate as much as they could possibly can.
Yeah probably a reject
Ask them to send you a snap instead
Hi! I have the same situation here. I am a new grad applying for a swe position at Snap. I just received an email from the hr who says want to have a quick call with me. I am just wondering what happened to you finally. Thank you!

I guess it's not a bad news then? BTW similar thing happened to me, Amazon recruiter after onsite insisted for a call, I was on vacation and told her that won't be available for call. She waited for a call after my vacation to tell me I was rejected. I guess there is no satisfaction to reject over email. ๐
