Does Square pay like FANGs ?
Have an onsite interview call from Square. Wondering if it’s worth it. How much they pay for L6 software engineer? My current TC: 350k (E5)

Lol serious question: how can Square responsibly pay like FANGs if we're literally less than 15-30x the size of these companies and still unprofitable? We don't. Expecting every company to pay the same as a 600B company printing money is the definition of insanity. It also doesn't make sense from a growth perspective. We have more room to grow but we should still offer the same exact comp?

Our L6 is like L5 in other companies. So 350k for L5 isn’t that low lol
