I am starting as a product manager in a week at ATG and still excited. If you have followed uber org changes over couple of months you would know this was coming - with every organization that scales changes will happen

There’s no eng layoffs. Even if a team were shut down, which I never saw happening, engs could easily be reassigned. At worst there would be a hiring freeze in the concerned org.
