If yes, what is the one cool feature about it?
Yes. Free money. 2 year look back. So I have stocks with strike price 2 years ago

The sell the amount of shares needed to pay your tax when you vest so there's no unexpected giant tax bill in April.
That’s vesting, not ESPP.
Oh duh. Don't drink and Blind kids.
Yes
the espp plan is so shitty that I only do 1% of my salary , 5% on the closing price and it takes a week before you can sell
Pretty decent at my company...2 enrollment cycles...you get to buy the stock at 15% discount of the lower of the two prices in Feb and Aug.
Similar to Apple. 15% discount from lower of first/last day in the 6-mo window.
Monthly buy/availability is a nice feature of ours.
15% discount on the lesser of the start and close date. Pretty good, instant 15% profit. Allows a max of 25k per year.
Free money.
